Project Mouse
A Windows tray app that keeps the PC awake only while a rule says so, using Windows power requests, with mouse movement only as an opt-in.
About the project
A task-bound wake lock for Windows. It keeps the PC awake while a rule holds, such as a process running, a time window, AC power or a battery level, and lets go when the rule stops holding. It uses Windows power requests, with separate keep running and keep presenting modes.
The core is Rust on Tauri v2 with a React settings window. Releases ship as signed installers through GitHub Releases with auto-update, and CI blocks a merge on formatting, Clippy warnings, failing tests or an oversized executable.
